Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including wearables and consumables. Additionally, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, customers should contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers should be aware that returns may incur customs duties. If the return is due to a quality issue with the product, VIS Performance will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. Conversely, if the return is initiated for reasons unrelated to product quality, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees and customs duties.

Additional Fees

Customers may be charged an original shipping fee and a return shipping fee ranging from $50 to $500, depending on the model and shipping costs, at the discretion of VIS Performance. This policy applies particularly in cases where a product is ordered by mistake.
