This Shipping Policy explains how VIS Performance (深圳市威视体育有限责任公司) (“VIS Performance”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles the preparation and delivery of orders placed through our online store.


All orders are processed and shipped from Shenzhen, China.

    Example: VIS Activator Belt, apparel, and other training equipment. These items are shipped to you using a courier service.

  • Digital products

    Example: Excel tools (Running Zones Calculator, Stride Length Calculator, Running Velocity Tracker, Mini Hurdles Calculator, etc.).

    These products are delivered digitally by email/download and do not incur shipping fees.

 


This policy mainly applies to physical products.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received.

  • Processing includes order verification, packing and preparing the shipment with the carrier.
